What is VistaCreate?
Formerly known as Crello, this is a browser-based graphic design tool from Vista. The homepage bills it as free graphic design software with 100,000+ free templates, under the line Tell your story with design, and the advertised workflow is deliberately narrow: pick a template, swap in your visuals, refine the text, then post or print.
Rather than a general-purpose canvas app, VistaCreate is organised around output formats. Templates are grouped into Social Media (Instagram Posts, Stories and Reels, Facebook Covers, YouTube Thumbnails, TikTok Videos), Print (Business Cards, Flyers, Posters, Invitations, Letterheads), Web (Presentations, Certificates, Logos) and Ads. The Team Account page describes 70+ formats fit for all major platforms.
The scale figures come from the vendor. On the plans page, VistaCreate lists 100,000 design templates and 1 million photos, videos and vectors under Starter, rising to over 200,000 templates and over 170 million assets under Pro, with the FAQ adding that this static and animated library is refreshed weekly. For a solo marketer the effect matters more than the count: a seasonal post rarely starts from an empty artboard.
Animation is treated as a first-class output rather than a bolt-on. Animated Effects will animate any element on the artboard, Animated Text puts motion behind headlines, and the Video Editor covers trimming, merging, rotating and resizing clips, plus adding audio and frames. That makes VistaCreate a credible fit for Reels and TikTok work, not just static graphics.

Brand Kit is the repeat-use feature
Brand Kit is where VistaCreate earns a second visit. You store logos (the vendor suggests keeping PNG versions on white and transparent backgrounds), set colors from ready-made palettes, a HEX field or a picker, and assign separate typefaces for headings, subheadings and body text from a library the vendor puts at 680+ font styles, with custom uploads supported. Those choices then apply across templates automatically.
Starter includes a single Brand Kit. Pro unlocks Infinite Brand Kits, the deciding line for freelancers and agencies juggling clients, and lifts project storage from 10 GB to unlimited and account seats from one to ten, while Sticker Maker, One-click Resizer, version history and HD download are ticked on both plans.
Scheduling and team collaboration
The Social Media Scheduler closes the gap between making a graphic and publishing it. VistaCreate connects to business accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, posts to your business pages and groups, supports bulk scheduling of unlimited posts, and lets you edit already planned posts and tweak the date and time of publication from the Post Planner tab. One constraint is stated plainly by the vendor: you can connect only business social accounts.
Team Account handles the collaboration half, with real-time co-editing, a shared media library, uploads visible to every member, single-click publishing to socials, and up to 10 members on a Pro subscription.

It is not the right tool for design studios or anyone who needs precise vector illustration, real print-production controls or a mature design-system workflow.
