What it is
Atoms is the commercial product of DeepWisdom, the team behind the MetaGPT and OpenManus open-source projects. It sells an eight-agent team rather than a single chat assistant: you describe a product, and named agents research, plan, build and deploy it.
The substantive part is Atoms Cloud, which provisions a database, authentication, Stripe payments and a custom domain from the same description. That is a fuller backend than most of the category includes at the entry price.
What it costs in practice
The pricing page opens on a Yearly toggle, so the large figure on each card is the annual rate. Pro is $20 a month billed monthly, or $15.8 on yearly billing. Max is $100 and $79.
The subscription is not the whole bill. Running a published app draws on a separate Cloud & AI Wallet, and Atoms publishes no unit rates for compute, storage, network or tokens. Since it also publishes no conversion between a credit and any unit of work, nobody can tell you what a month costs before you have paid for one.

Is Atoms free to use?
Yes. The Free plan gives 15 credits a day capped at 25 a month, 2 GB of disk and two backend projects, with no card required. Projects on Free are public.
What does one credit buy?
Atoms does not say. There is no published conversion between credits and work on the pricing page, the Models page or the credit help article, so the only way to find out is to spend the free allowance and measure it.
Does the subscription cover running my app?
No. Compute, storage, network and LLM calls for a published app are billed from a separate Cloud & AI Wallet, which carries a $1 free AI allowance and prepaid top-ups from $10. Atoms documents that a live app stops when the balance empties.
Can I get a refund?
Only before you spend a credit. Atoms treats subscriptions as non-refundable once credits begin to be consumed, with a 24-hour window in most of the world and 14 days in the EU, UK and Turkey.
Can Atoms build a native mobile app?
Its documentation contradicts itself. A May 2026 changelog added Android build support, while the Build & Export article says it cannot generate .apk files and the project-scope article says mobile is delivered as a Progressive Web App.

Atoms bundles more into its entry tier than most rivals: a hosted database, auth, Stripe, custom domains and unlimited team seats at $20 a month. It is also the hardest of the group to budget for, because it publishes no conversion between credits and work, no unit rates for running a published app, and a refund window that closes the moment you spend a credit. Worth a free-tier afternoon; not yet worth a commitment you cannot walk away from.
