What is TopCV?
TopCV is a Vietnamese career platform that pairs a free online CV builder with one of the country largest job marketplaces. Operated by TopCV Vietnam JSC from Hanoi, it lets a candidate design a CV in the browser, keep it in an account, and apply to listings without exporting anything. The vendor describes itself as a leading HR Tech company in Vietnam built on technology, and artificial intelligence in particular.
Two audiences share one platform. Job seekers get CV Builder 2.0, cover letter tools, and a job feed sliced by role, industry and city. Employers buy postings, visibility boosts and profile search through a separate recruiter portal, which TopCV bills by bank transfer.
A template library aimed at Vietnamese hiring
The template gallery is the real front door. TopCV publishes 73 CV designs grouped by style, covering Don gian (simple), Chuyen nghiep (professional), Hien dai (modern), An tuong (striking) and a Harvard format, and every design on the page carries an ATS tag. You pick the CV language first from Vietnamese, English, Japanese and Chinese.
Named layouts such as Thanh lich, Tham vong, Clarity and Bright sit next to role starters for developers, accountants, marketers and fresh graduates. Templates flagged Cao cap are reserved for paid accounts.
Applying without leaving the site
Once a CV exists it lives in the Quan ly CV area and gets reused for applications, and Tai CV len lets you bring in a file you already wrote elsewhere. TopCV Pro is a curated slice of the marketplace where, the vendor reports, hundreds of major brands recruit. Its Pro Company directory sorts those employers into banking, IT software, FMCG, logistics, real estate and insurance, so candidates chasing established names can skip general listings. Behind the job board sits a broader HR Tech ecosystem: HappyTime for employee experience, TestCenter for competency assessment and SHiring.ai for recruitment management.

How the account tiers differ
Accounts start at Thuong, the standard free level, and Da xac thuc, the verified free level, with Pro VIP and Premium VIP above them. Upgrading raises the number of CV and cover letter slots, shortens the download wait, unlocks the Cao cap templates, hides the topcv.vn watermark, and pushes your profile to the top of recruiter results daily instead of weekly. A separate Education VIP tier comes through TopCV partnerships with training institutions rather than direct purchase. Checkout runs through MoMo or the VNPT EPAY gateway for Visa, MasterCard and JCB.

It is not the right fit for job seekers targeting roles outside Vietnam, since the marketplace, the templates and the career library are all built around the domestic market and the interface is Vietnamese throughout.
