hide.me is owned and operated by eVenture Limited, registered in Labuan, Malaysia, and governed by Malaysian law. The company says it built the service in 2012. Premium buyers get unlimited data across 92 locations and 2,600 servers, 10 simultaneous connections, a fixed IP address, streaming support and dynamic port forwarding, with apps for Windows, macOS, Android, iPhone and iPad, Linux, Amazon Fire TV and three browsers.
hide.me says it was among the first VPN providers to be audited, in 2015, and that Securitum, a European security firm, has again confirmed its no-logs policy is strictly enforced.
